Uniformity & Professionalism
Establish uniformity in procedures and professionalism within the Association.
Advise & Advocate
Serve in an advisory capacity to the legislature, SDACC and SDACO in matters of county welfare, and promote legislative changes.
Bring Officials Together
Exchange ideas to promote greater efficiencies in county welfare offices.
